We’re beyond excited to partner with Home & Hearth Artisanal Cottage Bakery at the Solstice Farms Farmstand this summer! 🥐❤️

Not only will they be bringing their incredible handcrafted pastries, but many of them will feature fresh organic ingredients grown right here on our farm. There’s something pretty special about seeing our fruit, herbs, and produce transformed into beautiful, delicious baked goods.

We can’t wait for you to taste what we’ve created together! 🌿✨

There’s a reason I get excited every time fresh produce arrives.

Today’s pickup from Solstice Farms included beautiful strawberries, Meyer lemons, blood oranges, and kumquats—all grown locally and absolutely bursting with flavor!

As a baker, ingredients matter. The quality, fragrance, and freshness of produce like this shows up in every pastry, biscuit, glaze, and preserve that comes out of my kitchen.

A SNEAK PEEK AT SPRING 🥑✨
The first Hass avocado of the season has officially been sliced! It is every bit as creamy and buttery as we remembered. We couldn’t resist pairing this beauty with fresh-picked cilantro from the farm for a little “test kitchen” celebration.
On the menu today:

• 🫘 Savory black beans
• 🔥 Perfectly seared Mexican fried cheese
• 🥑 Topped with that vibrant Hass and a drizzle of crema

Our Head of Mandarin Quality Control has officially given the green light 🍊💼
Otis says the mandarins are peak delicious, so we’ll have fresh organic bags ready at the farmstand tomorrow.
