CREAMY JALAPEÑO SERRANO SALSA 🔥

The easy salsa that goes on everything!

Jalapeños and serranos fried low and slow in oil with onion and garlic until cooked through and blistered, then blended with that same oil until completely smooth and creamy. The oil is what gives this salsa that creamy texture that makes it different from a regular salsa verde and so insanely addicting.

Adjust the chiles to your heat level and put it on your tacos, have it with chips or pair it with grilled proteins!

This place is such a vibe and I already can’t wait to go back!
beverlyhills is so cozy inside and they even have live music some nights which takes the experience to a whole other level.

Everything we ordered was insanely delicious, but you definitely can’t leave without ordering the cucumber salad and DIY handroll platter!

The handroll platter is especially is so fun, there’s something about building your own that makes the whole dinner feel like an experience rather than just a meal.

Perfect for date night, you need to add this one to your list! 🤍

I made this recipe as part of my series and this one is honestly one of my favorites!

Homemade toasted coconut horchata: rice and toasted coconut soaked, blended, and strained into the creamiest, most delicious horchata you’ve ever had - then topped with a layer of frothy matcha that floats right on top for the most beautiful layered drink.

The color contrast alone is super stunning and the flavor combination is a 12/10!!

PUPUSAS REVUELTAS DE POLLO 🫓🔥

Pupusas revueltas but make it chicken and I promise you won’t miss the pork!

These are loaded with a slow-cooked chicken chicharrón filling, skin-on chicken thighs rendered down with tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and spices, then blended into a thick paste and mixed with refried beans and two cheeses. All stuffed inside masa and cooked on the comal until golden and lightly charred 🤤

If you don’t eat pork or just want a lighter twist on the classic revueltas, this one is for you! And don’t forget to serve these with curtido and salsa 😉
