GROUND BEEF QUESATACOS 🌮🧀🔥

Happy National Taco Day!!! Obviously we had to make something good 😏

I teamed up with SOMOS Foods and Jarritos for this one and I’m obsessed with how this spread came out! The SOMOS Foods Taco Simmer Sauce does all the heavy lifting on flavor for the beef filling, you just brown it and pour the packet in. I served the tacos with SOMOS Cilantro Lime White Rice and Mexican Black Beans, and had a full meal on the table in just 30 minutes! 🙌🏽

And for the drink, a Jarritos Mandarin with a chamoy and chili lime rim really makes this meal perfect. That sweet and tangy combo with the quesatacos is a match made in heaven.

Still not over this trip 🥹

10 days through Italy and France with Virgin Voyages and honestly the best part is that you only unpack once and then just wake up somewhere new every morning. No airports, no train stations, no dragging suitcases through cobblestone streets.

And the food onboard is incredible! Soooo much variety, so many eateries and each one was such a vibe.

If you’ve been wanting to do a multi-city trip through Europe, this is the way to do it!
