Sora in the Michelin Guide.
Honestly, I still can’t believe I’m writing these words.
Sora started as a dream I poured everything into: long nights, uncertainty, and a deep love for food and hospitality, all as a way of keeping my mom’s memory alive through food and the traditions she passed down to me.
There were moments I truly didn’t know if we would survive, from long nights dealing with the old building to closing for months because of my hand injury. But somehow, step by step, service by service, you all kept showing up.
Thank you to every guest who trusted me, supported me, waited for a table, brought friends, shared kind words, or simply believed in Sora. Every person who walked through our doors became part of this story.
Thank you to my family, friends, and the mentors who helped shape me into the chef I am today.
Tonight feels emotional, but also deeply motivating. This recognition gives me even more courage to keep creating, evolving, and dreaming bigger for Sora.
We’re just getting started.
