The primary ingredients of the items offered here at Kitchen Shenanigans are grown and produced here on our farm. We are ambitiously determined to grow more of our own produce so we can offer our very best. Most of what we offer is seasonal and available in limited quantities. Of everything our farm produces, tomatoes are the “stars of the show”. We only grow red tomatoes for a classic, acidic, “o
ld school” flavor. From 60 plants, we harvested over 900 lbs. of tomatoes We wash and sort each and every tomato, selecting only the nicest ones to be processed for Killer Tomatoze. There was a lot of blanching, chopping, straining, cooking and canning here at Kitchen Shenanigans. The Tomato Sauce is slow simmered for most of the day to achieve the wonderful concentrated flavor of our tomatoes. The Bloody Mary Mix and Pasta Sauce are recipes that I have been developing for several years. The Pasta Sauce is mildly seasoned and is very similar to a more traditional Italian flavor.
