Terra Dolce Farms Producing exceptional quality Georgia Grown Olive Oil in Toombs County, Lyons, GA

In 2010 Tommie Williams had the vision to plant 5 acres of olive trees out in the lower county of Toombs County in an attempt to see if they would grow and actually bear fruit. These varieties have flourished and have actually produced fruit that was milled into extra virgin oil 10/10/13. They have successfully shown that they will grow in this climate and will produce high quality oil.

Consider this your sign to roast a sheet pan of vegetables tonight.

Potatoes + Asparagus + Vidalia Onion + whatever else needs to leave the refrigerator.

Toss generously with Terra Dolce EVOO, salt and pepper. Roast until everything gets those crispy, caramelized edges.

Try this combination the next time you need an easy appetizer:

🍐 Sliced pear
🧀 Goat cheese (we used brie!)
🌿 Terra Dolce EVOO
🤎 A drizzle of Terra Dolce balsamic
✨ A little rosemary for fun

Pile it onto crostini and call it done.

Honestly? Start with what you're already cooking.

🥗 Whisk it into vinaigrette
🥖 Pour it for dipping
🥦 Roast your vegetables with it
🍝 Finish pasta with a drizzle
🐟 Use it on fish before roasting or grilling
🍅 Pour it over tomatoes with salt + pepper
🥚 Drizzle it over eggs
🍲 Finish soups with a little pour on top

You don't need a special recipe. Good extra virgin olive oil just makes everyday food better.
