Made the old-fashioned way, with naturally fermented flavor. Bubbie never saw a reason to rush a good thing. 💚

Save this onion pickle wrap for your next lunch. 💚

For the wrap:
➡️ 12 thinly sliced onion rounds (a mandoline helps)
➡️ 8 oz shredded Italian blend cheese
➡️ 3 Bubbies Dill Pickles, sliced into coins
➡️ ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan

For the filling:
➡️ Turkey
➡️ Avocado
➡️ Sliced tomato
➡️ More Bubbies Dill Pickles
➡️ Romaine
➡️ Sprouts
➡️ Mayo

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Spread the Italian blend cheese into a large rectangle, covering most of the baking sheet.
3️⃣ Arrange the onion rounds over the cheese in rows of three, making sure each round has cheese underneath.
4️⃣ Place the pickle coins between the onion rounds and sprinkle with Parmesan.
5️⃣ Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy.
6️⃣ Let cool for 10 minutes before gently peeling the wrap from the parchment.
7️⃣ Add your fixings, fold it up, and help yourself.
