We’ve been waiting for this moment! Our daughter had the honor of tearing down the “Coming Soon” sign and officially revealing the days and hours for 1880 Beef location #2 on the Westside of Manhattan. Opening this TUESDAY, September 22 at 11am.

God’s paintbrush was certainly at work this morning. 🌅

Out checking calves as the sun came up, we were reminded just how blessed we are to call this land home. For 146 years, generations of our family have cared for this ground, raised cattle, weathered the seasons, and carried forward a way of life built on faith, family, and hard work.

The cattle and caretakers may change through the generations, but mornings like this never get old.

146 years of legacy—and still grateful for every sunrise. 🤎🐂
