Recovery starts the moment that practice ends!! 🏈🥛

We had such a fun time teaming up with sports dietitian Morgan Walker Morgan Walker - Sports Dietitian Central Pennsylvania to help the Palmyra High School Football team Palmyra Football learn how to recover smarter after practice!

Athletes participated in a quick recovery nutrition session which highlighted the benefits of chocolate milk to replenish energy stores, support muscle repair, rehydrate, and prepare athletes for their next workout or practice.
