🌿 Baked Garlic Pork Tenderloin 🌿
If you’re looking for an easy dinner that’s packed with flavor, this Garlic Pork Tenderloin is a must-try! Juicy, tender, and coated in garlic, herbs, and butter—it’s perfect for any night of the week.
🛒 Ingredients
• 2 lb pork tenderloin
• 1 tbsp sea salt
• 1 tbsp cracked black pepper
• 2 tbsp diced garlic
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• ½ tsp dried sage
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 4 tbsp butter, sliced into pats
👩🍳 Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
3. Season the pork with sea salt and pepper.
4. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, parsley, and sage.
5. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
6. Sear the pork until golden brown on all sides.
7. Transfer the pork to the prepared baking sheet.
8. Coat the pork with the herb mixture.
9. Place pats of butter over the top of the pork.
10. Wrap the pork tightly in the foil and place it in the oven.
11. Bake until the thickest part reaches 150°F, about 25 minutes.
12. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
13. Slice against the grain and enjoy!
