Our last planting of sweet corn is ready. It’s available on our website. We will be in Bennington Vermont this weekend for a Garlic festival so unfortunately, we will not be able to fill any orders for the weekend. it is on sale this week six dollars a dozen get it before it’s gone.

We mowed down our Sudan grass cover crop for the second time this year. This helps put organic material back into the soil. We will mow it again in about 2weeks then incorporate it in the ground and start the process of getting our garlic bed ready for fall planting.

We entered 2 kinds of garlic 🧄 into the Wayne county fair produce exhibit. Russian Red (Hardneck variety) and elephant garlic. We won first place in both divisions. Elephant is the pic on the left and Russian Red on the right.
