I'll be bringing berry and daylily plants, some of my Dad's wooden creations (including boring bee traps for those bees who love eating holes into your house, porch, barn, etc.), jams, jellies, berry syrups, and green garlic -- a spring specialty item only found for a few weeks of the year at Farmer's Markets. Milder in flavor than cured garlic bulbs, this can be used like a green onion to add a fresh, mild garlic flavor to your culinary creations or even raw in a salad. 😊. Use one full green garlic stalk in place on a garlic clove in recipes. Saute them up with some delicious garlic from Fair Farms & Produce. Your creativity is your only limitation! 😊
