No good time to make this announcement.....so I'll just spit it out....🥹. We've decided that it would be best for our family if we sold the berry field. 🥹. There's only so much time in the day, and I am just not able to keep it all up and be there for my family, too.....🥹. The amount of turmoil and tears that went into this decision isn't able to be quantified, but know it was a LOT. Months of anguish, for sure.

I have really enjoyed these past 3 years of picking berries, and most of all meeting all of YOU!!!! My customers are some of my absolute favorite people on the planet, and I truly appreciate your support over these past three years. It was an honor to host you at the farm and meet you at the Farmer's Markets. I am truly grateful to each and every one of you.

If you happen to know anyone looking to build out in the country, we're selling about 11.82 acres in the Pendleton School District, Madison County, Indiana. The property is about 4.5 acres of field/yard and 7.2 acres of woods, and currently has around 1200 Norway Spruce trees, 500 black raspberry plants, 300 blackberry plants, and 300 red raspberry plants. The number of berry plants will be changing rapidly, as we're planning on pulling out the blackberry plants and most of the red raspberry plants to prepare the lot for anyone who may not enjoy the thrill of berry farming. 😉

We had to put down our sweet Hickory puppy in October. My buddy of 15 years. When we got him, my youngest was only 1 -- he saw me through 7 moves and tons of life experiences. I wasn't sure I'd ever want another dog, but last Tuesday, David showed up at home with a new friend, (who desperately needs a name). Meet our new energetic farm puppy! (Name suggestions are VERY welcome. 😉)
