If you’ve picked up a pint of cherry tomatoes from the co-op anytime since May, you already know the magic of Fred’s Garden right here in McNeal.
Every single week, Fred delivers a limited haul of the sweetest, most flavor-packed cherry tomatoes in town. Grown with care using a blend of small greenhouse cultivation and outdoor garden beds, his crops prove that thoughtful, small-scale growing yields the best results.
We’re beyond grateful for Fred’s steady dedication to keeping our community stocked with top-tier local produce week after week.

We are deeply committed to making fresh, healthy food more accessible to everyone in our community. Did you know that local seniors and WIC participants can apply for free produce vouchers to spend on fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables?
Eligible seniors (60+) and WIC families can receive a $50 coupon booklet to use at participating markets. Funding is first-come, first-served, so be sure to submit your application by August 31st.
