Hidden Knoll Farm Here at Hidden Knoll Farm, we believe that happy, stress free animals become the most flavorful meat. We sell retail cuts as well as 1/2 and wholes.

We are a farrow to finish farm that raises great tasting pork from our Berkshire cross pigs. Our cattle are a closed herd of Irish Dexters that are fed hay, fruits, vegetables and occasionally a bit of grain. The meat from this breed is a high quality beef with excellent marbling. We sell retail beef cuts only at this time. Our Cornish Cross Broilers and Broad Breasted Turkeys are grown out on qua

lity grain, fruits, veggies and are allowed to free range the yard when we are able to keep a watchful eye on them due to predators.

It's been a wild ride getting to our new home as most of you already know.
Things are coming together though.
We are getting things done in a timely fashion according to how life is in Aroostook county. Its like time has slowed to a craw up here but it's not all bad.
We are learning to enjoy the slower lifestyle.
It will be even better when the house projects are done.
Erik has been busy building shelves in the basement for my canning goods.
Every box emptied = more space on the floor.
We have new toilets sitting in the kitchen and boxes of new flooring in the living room.
We're ok with it for now because we see the end goal.
Every day is a new accomplishment.
What creeps me out the most is as I'm writing this there's a mouse circling the kitchen floor and the dogs just want to go to bed. Ewww! Traps will be out tomorrow.

Its a rainy day here in the county but I have a great view from the porch.
