Hidden Knoll Farm Here at Hidden Knoll Farm, we believe that happy, stress free animals become the most flavorful meat. We sell retail cuts as well as 1/2 and wholes.

We are a farrow to finish farm that raises great tasting pork from our Berkshire cross pigs. Our cattle are a closed herd of Irish Dexters that are fed hay, fruits, vegetables and occasionally a bit of grain. The meat from this breed is a high quality beef with excellent marbling. We sell retail beef cuts only at this time. Our Cornish Cross Broilers and Broad Breasted Turkeys are grown out on qua

lity grain, fruits, veggies and are allowed to free range the yard when we are able to keep a watchful eye on them due to predators.

I'm weaning calves and for those of you that don't realize how loud it can get on a farm at weaning time...
This fox and coyote decided to take the long way around the cattle field and go straight down the driveway.
Can't blame them. I barely slept through the bellowing last night.

I hope all you Mothers out there had an amazing day of being pampered, spoiled or at least have dinner cooked for you. Including clean up. 😁
My Mom passed just a few hours before I would have celebrated her for all she was and did for myself and my sisters.
I don't need to tell you how much this hurts because I know it's part of life . We will all experience losing a parent as time goes on.
My heart hurts for all of you!
I am so greatful for the last few days I've had with her.
We laughed, we cried and she showed me the strength that she had passed on to me.
She taught me that life is hard. But it is "what you make of it".
As a kid, I always wanted to be by her side baking in the kitchen. As a teenager, I wished her mother's intuition wasn't so strong. Darn it. I got caught at almost everything I tried to get away with.
She had those eyes in the back of her head which I never understood until I was a mother myself.
She left a strong impression with those that took care of her. If you pi**ed her off , she was going to let you know and set you straight.
Everyone that took part in her care loved Nana Doyle.
You were loved by many .

We have a whole or 2 half pork shares available for August. These pigs are fed quality grain, fruits/vegetables, grass and hay.
No bread.
Processing will be done at West Gardiner Beef. Choose the cuts you want.
A $300 non-refundable deposit required with a whole share and $200 non-refundable deposit for half.
Cost from you will be $5.50 a pound hanging weight plus the cost of processing.
