Oatmeal and Apples! I eat them 3 times a day and I'm losing weight! No flour, no sugar!
Ingredients:
Oatmeal: 1 cup (90g)
Warm milk: 150 ml (about β
cup)
Apples: 2, peeled and diced
Butter: 20g (1 Β½ tablespoons), melted
Vanillin: 1/2 teaspoon (or vanilla extract)
Eggs: 2 large
