Ms. V6 Abcadabra is once again unbothered by the shenanigans.

I’ve seen a few cows love their humans, but this one is truly special. ❤️

Baby shenanigans have begun. ❤️

This baby is already the sweetest little girl.

Heart of Texas was a fun one!

Top 7 (out of 57) for showmanship.
Second in class for scholarship show.
Second in class for premium show.

Showmanship judge commented and said it looked like Dollie had been shown 100 times, when in reality this was the 10th ring they had walked in together and Dollie was only shown a few times before we bought her.

Both show judges specifically commented on how well Paisley showed Dollie.

This weekend was a much needed win. It showed Paisley the hard work and patience in the feed routine has paid off.

5 months until the green shavings in Houston. Let the countdown begin.

Heart of Texas day 2!

2nd place in her class and an appearance in grand drive.

Watching her confidence in and out of the ring amazes me.

About a year ago we were walking into a show ring for the first time.

This is not that same little girl.

The silent confidence. The smoothness developed that’s been practiced hundreds of times. The way she is just doing the things needed without the prompting.

These next two major seasons are going to be some fun ones!

We celebrate wins around here and today was a big win for these two!

Paisley and PF Dollie 119/5, placed in the top 7 out of 57 junior kiddos tonight at Heart of Texas Heifer Showmanship.

We are proud of her hard work, but even more proud of her for cheering on her friends and celebrating their wins too.

Banners and buckles are always the goal, but don’t loose sight of the personal growth and achievements along the way. 🫶

Forever thankful for this heifer from Parks Farm!

Many have asked how long Paisley has owned Ms. V6 Abcadabra and the answer will probably shock some of you.

No we did not raise her from a baby.

We bought and brought her home right after the 2036 Houston Livestock show, so these two have been a pair for 7 months now.

Watching them grow together is one of my favorite things. ❤️

When we first started doing this, it was absolutely met with some grumbles.

But look at her catching on. ❤️

County fair, show banquets, and everything in between - we will be ready for ya!

“Hey mom watch this!”

V6 Ms. Abracadabra is completely unphased by the normal kid shenanigans around here and stands pretty during all of it.

When the kids do the work, the bond is there and the proof is in the pudding.

Neither of us should probably be trusted with real adult money. 😅

But after talking to families who'd already raised their kids hauling them from show to show, many of them said the same thing.

Buy the trailer with everything you want the FIRST time.

We took that to heart and figured this was the one purchase worth going all in on. So we did. 🙈

Thank you D&D Trailers in Seguin, TX for helping us drive off with something built to haul us through years of shows to come.
