Congratulations to our spectacular bread team on our second place win at the Elmendorf Baking Supplies le Grand Prix in the professional sourdough competition! Here are Amy, Tom, Zach, and Max with the trophy. We were up against some of the best bakeries in the Boston area so this is a huge deal for us. Congrats to breadboard_bakery on their win!
