Think you can outrun a cow?! 🐄💨

The Ag Literacy 5K is BACK at Hopkins Farm Creamery on Saturday, Oct 18 at 9 AM and it’s going to be a blast! Every step fuels the Delaware Farm Bureau Foundation, bringing their Mobile Ag Classroom to schools so kids can see, touch, and taste where their food really comes from!

Run through pastures, past hay bales, across a covered bridge, and around the pond on a one-of-a-kind farm course you can only experience here! (Sign-up link in the first comment)

And yes…the Hopkins Cow will be running too 🐮💨 Beat the cow to the finish for bragging rights and a sweet prize! Then refuel with a hot breakfast from the Jefferson Lodge stand and celebrate your farm-fresh victory!

🍦 The Creamery starts scooping at 11a, so stick around after breakfast to snag your favorite fall flavor!

OPEN 10 AM TO 5 PM (closed Tuesdays)

A couple of notes:
*Please do not make U-Turns in front of the stand. They are illegal and cause a great safety risk to our customers and staff.
*Be mindful of the construction on Rt. 5, Shingle Point Rd. and Sand Hill Rd.
*The speed limit is 25 mph
*Bring reusable grocery bags whenever possible
*Be kind and patient
