Our super hard to pronounce (even for native Czech speakers) Czech inspired Oktoberfest beer is on tap and in cans to go now!

🇨🇿ŘÍJENFEST (ZHEE-en-fest) (6.5% ABV)
We take strong inspiration from the German Märzen style, except swap out the malts and yeast for the Bohemian varieties. Pours a clear amber with light notes of caramel and toffee from the unique malts. Naturally carbonated during fermentation.

🍺Initiate Shutdown Sequence (7.5%) - 7UP inspired Hazy Double IPA with lemon-lime hop oil isolates
🍺Ovesné Tmavé Pivo - Czech Dark Lager with 20% oatmeal in the grist
🍺CZ Grüngiest Nefiltrovaný 12º (4.5%) - Lightly dry hopped unfiltered Czech pale lager
🍺DH Bia Ho'i - Lightly dry hopped Vietnamese jasmine rice lager
🍺Říjenfest (6.5%) - Czech spin on a traditional Oktoberfest (yes, its time)

You can find us at a couple offsite locations this weekend pouring beers/seltzers...

FRI - in Mukwonago, we'll have beer pouring by 6:30, live music from from 7-9.

SAT - We will be at Center Street Daze from 11-7 with draft beer and seltzer. Find us between Holton and Humboldt. Look for the purple tent!
