We'll be showing Game 4 of the World Series tomorrow (Tuesday, Oct 27th) on our projector screen. Our community will also be having a pot-luck for our beloved brew crew. Bad Movie Night will be re-scheduled for November!

Of course we're brewing today - as local "Milwaukee Brewers" (B**r brewers who operate in Milwaukee), we'd be damned to not make b**r the day the World Series comes back to Wisconsin for the first time in 44 years. The fact that our profession is honored by the name of a Major League Baseball team is both a privilege and a duty. Living in brew city, we have to keep up with Milwaukee's thirst for crispy cold ones - which isn't always an easy job, but certainly always a fun job. Much like our beloved team, we do it with grit, hard work and doing things "our way." Today we want the great spirit of our local industry to help fuel a city with a great thirst. A thirst not just for cold ones, but for a long awaited championship.

We hope you'll visit your local Milwaukee Brewer, New Barons or otherwise! Whether it's for a quick one before the game, grabbing to-go's en route to your tailgate, or to enjoy the game in our taprooms - all the brewers across the city are ready for this moment. New Barons is open at 3, first pitch is at 7.

October 31st is a Saturday this year, which means it will be a proper Halloween at the taproom! Our intimate Halloween gathering is always a fun one in our community, perfect for stopping through in costume and hanging for a while. Returning is spinning all your favorite spooky tracks 👻and for food we have our friends 🐈‍⬛. Circle this one on your list of Halloween stops, it will be a great time 🎃

This Saturday from 2-7 PM we'll have our new friends from on site for a Belgian Bier and food pairing event!

PEI Mussels and Frites, Yellowfin Tuna Tostadas and Whitefish Tacos are set to pair with our beloved Witches Bit Witbier and Drive-Thru Trappist Style Dubbel. You aren't going to want to miss this one. Moules Frites (Mussels & French Fries) are a Belgian delicacy and with our recent Belgian bier menu revival, we thought this a great excuse to put on a food event.

Featured B**rs:

(Pictured) DRIVE-THRU DUBBEL | 6.0% ABV - This Trappist Style Dubbel is a great transition from having just ran through our Oktoberfest. Built with a similar malt backbone, featuring Caramunich and Carvienne malts, it has some of the same flavors of toffee and caramel and a nice sweetness and body that can be enjoyed on cooler nights. The big addition is the use of abbey yeast - which provides nuanced flavors of peppery clove and vanilla that work nice in this batch. Using maple syrup 🍁 to help achieve a higher ABV, it sits at 6% making it a little bit of a spirit warmer, but not too much.

WITCHES BIT WITBIER | 4.5% - Bright Valencia Orange and Coriander notes on the nose open up into a pillowy mouthfeel brought on by tons of flaked wheat and oats to make this b**r a special treat that reminds you of a citrus frosted birthday cake 🍊🌾. The most approachable of Belgian b**r styles, this Witbier benefits from the use of Belgian Abbey yeast that gives small impressions of vanilla and banana that aren't too distracting. Unlike bigger versions of Belgian b**rs (Tripel, Dubbel, Golden Strong), the yeast profile doesn't dominate and instead complements the use of the other aforementioned unique ingredients.

Natty Duchesneau, in addition to being our longest tenured assistant brewer, may also be the longest staff member/regular/staple at NBBC to not have a product named or inspired in her honor. Well, it was finally time to bestow this glory on her and, being as special as she is, not only did we create a new product, but we produced our first non-b**r option in New Barons’ history! Welcome to Bud Barons: a Hemp-infused Seltzer series

Since Natty is on our production team, she had a unique advantage to help us create this new product line. From calling the shots on the initial flavors/recipe to testing the new process and managing the product from end to end, this is truly her baby.

Introducing BUD BARONS | Hemp-Derived Infused Seltzers by NBBC

Welcome to our first product that isn't b**r 👀 Our production team has been doing a bit of R&D this year and we're excited to announce a brand new product line that we'll be releasing this weekend! Bud Barons is a refreshing hemp-infused seltzer flavored with hop terpenes and natural extracts for a drinking experience not unlike hop water. At 0 calories, it’s non-alcoholic and pours like sparkling water.

All advertised potencies are lab verified and posted on our website Bud Barons, at this time, is only available on-draft or in to-go crowlers. Please inquire with our bar staff for more information. Like all of our products, enjoy responsibly.

Our first release flavor is Blueberry, Lemon - Basil. It will be released this Saturday, September 19th!
