One thing I love for myself is I'm still getting better at cooking! I always want to just improve in life and being a better chef is one of those goals.

I made a Jerk Chicken Plate with Curry Greens (OMFG so good) and Jamaican Rice and Peas. Shipp Christal and Heather Deaton had the pleasure of trying! Should we run it back this weekend at the last Shorewood Farmers Market (indoor season) ?

Last Year at we made a huge splash! We met some huge retailers and even met one of the OG's in social media !!

If you told me a year ago our spring rolls would be off the grocery stores shelves in 2026 I would be in disbelief.

It's definitely bittersweet... but the people love Funky Fresh and we won't give up!

Funky Fresh Nation! Make some noise for 2 of our sales champs who competed in the 2026 WIAA Wrestling State Championship!

wrestled his tail off to bounce back and take 5th place! He will be back next year to sn**ch that championship!

finished his individual story and won the State Championship at 132lbs!

Both of them will compete next week at the Team State Championship as well for !
