They all wait in line for the same 4 nesting boxes when there are 12 boxes available. Chicken logic?

Meet Otto, a fun four year old that has visited Serendipity Ranch many times. Otto is inquisitive and has no fear of alpacas even though they are twice his size. On a recent visit, Otto brought a present for the alpacas-a red umbrella. Just in case the alpacas need more shade. What a great kid and yes, the alpacas are mesmerized by the red umbrella! Thanks Otto!

This is a fun announcement on the 92nd birthday of my mother. She is a musician and an author of three books and almost a fourth that will soon be published. In her free time, she has agreed to write children short stories about alpacas. They appear on my website. Check them out at www.serendipityranchmontrose.com/alpacastoriesforchildren.
