Tanner Herefords We raise Registered Herefords located in Naylor, GA. Horned & Polled Hereford Bulls available We would love to help you find the your next herd sire.

Tanner Hereford & Angus is a family owned and operated business located in DeKalb, Texas. you can go back at least six generations of full time ranchers in our family. We wanted to raise registered Hereford & angus bulls so we could pick the traits we wanted in our own commercial herd. We want only the best quality bulls so we go through a culling process to raise a true cow mans bull that will hold up. We are very selective about the females, AI sires, & herd sires we add to our program. Over the years we have grown our registered herd to 250 head to offer Fall & Spring Bulls for sale. We keep a large number of our heifers every year to keep growing our numbers. If you have any questions or would like to visit the ranch you can contact Winston Tanner 903-559-8385.

It’s been a busy rainy week showing bulls. Check out 4T Advance 518.

We flushed our donor cow 277K as a 1st calf heifer to HH Advance 3037 and bred her right back to him. She’s one of our favorite cows and thought 3037 would be a perfect match. This bull is the natural calf. Look at the muscle and length of back bone. He is DARK DARK red. You will love his daughters.

Calves born over the weekend

09/30/2026

This is more than likely the last chance to own a full brother to the popular ai sire Churchill Desperado 029H. Churchill Lady 8251 died and we only have 1 embryo of this mating left in the tank. We kept this bull back and used him on a set of 1st calf heifers this summer. He did an outstanding job cleaning them up. We would like to keep an interest in him no possession. If that’s a deal breaker you can get him fully. We can work with you on getting him anywhere. These kind of opportunities don’t come along often.
Video was taken coming right out of cows in his working clothes.

Our favorite time of the year is calving season. We are always excited to see how the matings turn out. The third calf of the season was born this morning. This bull calf is sired by HH Advance 4265M.

Here is your sleep all night heifer bull. He will make you want to keep all of his daughters.
He is smaller framed with a good build and a long back. Dog gentle.
His dam is a 9 year old small framed cow who breeds quick, and her calves look the same year after year.
Sired by our HH Advance 2124k sire who constantly throws length and pigment.
