The red okra seeds in the free seed box at the Ames Public Library continue coming in BIG and fast! We chop em up and throw them in with soup and beans. We batter and fry the bits. We grill them whole. What a great surprise! Thank you, APL!

Our customer Julie, creator of the amazing Whassamatternhorn Pulled Pork, sent us this email recently: 'In a need-must adventure, I was looking for ways to eat broccoli sprouts. I was eating them plain and thought they needed to be spruced up or spiced up, as the case may be. Inspiration hit, and I was reminded of how you use spices on your salad.
