Halloween on a Saturday? We’ll take our coffee as a spooky cocktail.

Big Easy Wh***ey Carajillo

• 1 oz Big Easy Wh***ey
• 1 1/2 oz Cold brew concentrate
• 1/2 oz Simple syrup
• Cocoa powder

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake until well combined and chilled. Strain into preferred glass and top with candy foam. Dust cocoa powder over stencil. Enjoy!

Candy Foam

• 4 oz Heavy Cream
• 1 oz Pumpkin candy OR Candy corn
• Orange gel food coloring

Melt candy with 2 oz of heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly. Do not boil. When candy is fully melted, remove from heat, stir in remaining heavy cream and 9 drops orange gel food coloring. Cool completely, then using a whisk or milk frother, whip to desired consistency.

If you’re stateside for the game this weekend and want to get in the spirit you’ll need:

45 ml of Big Easy Wh***ey
10 ml of Lemon Juice
25 ml of Ginger, Celery Juice with Cracked Black Pepper
7.5 ml Honey
2 Dashes of Bitters

Shake with ice and double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel.

BEW Dat and enjoy Big Easy Wh***ey for breakfast. Cheers to an 8:30 AM kick off.
