We are proud of our owner for being featured in the Times Union! In this article, they discussed Sasha Pardy, as being recognized as one of the New York State Restaurant Association’s “10 Women to Watch” in Hospitality for 2026! 🎉🍷

This statewide honor celebrates women who are leading the hospitality industry forward through innovation, leadership, creativity, and impact—and Sasha has been doing just that for nearly two decades.

Since co-founding Adirondack Winery in 2008, Sasha has helped grow the business from a small tasting room in Lake George into a destination that welcomes thousands of guests each year. From expanding into our Queensbury location and launching our Restobar and event venue, to creating the Adirondack Wine & Food Festival and introducing new products and experiences, her vision continues to shape not only our winery, but hospitality throughout the Adirondack region.
