.coffee or 5 unique cafe locations (like Polygon pictured here) across the beautiful Greater Vancouver, BC area (yes, even during rainy winter months), with the same sense of place and community, a special eye for interior design, awesome music, delicious coffee (duh…) and food, a profound commitment to providing warm hospitality, and maybe most importantly a strong company culture around the right people values.

Quick story: we obviously go through customs every time we arrive at YVR. We declare that we are there for work when filling out the digital form that an agent then checks before letting you go retrieve your bags. Most of the time no questions at all or just saying that you are there for meetings is good enough. But not last time, when the agent was much more inquisitive: “What kind of work? We are in hospitality. Oh, who are you meeting with? It’s a coffee business. What coffee? It’s called Nemesis. Nemesis? I love Nemesis! Welcome to Canada!” 💙
