an honor to co-cater alongside my dear friend Lori and her company LA’s Holistic Nutrition LLC. We did a veggie buffet, with kale greens, roasted carrots, fresh corn, lentils, honey and peppered potatoes, corn bread muffins and fresh fruit!

I’m early, but on my drive from Louisville back to Indy I was thanking God for this 5 year journey. In December I’ll be celebrating 5 years post kidney transplant. If you think I’m happy now…..
