The Huggins Birthday Dessert

Strawberry Shortcake Recipe: wash then dice strawberries, finely chop one sprig of rosemary and add, add one cup of sugar and one cup of red w**e. Stir well then chill in the fridge. Slice pound cake and lightly grill in a cast iron skillet for grill marks. This will also add char and smokiness to the dish. Assemble and top with ice cream.

Gourmet feast for my clients and their friends!
Meals pictured….. short ribs atop garlic and white w**e risotto and asparagus. Bread pudding with chocolate splatter Winston (the Doodle dog) approves of my bread pudding! Shout out to the Higgins for having me and to ’s One Of A Kind for the assist!

On a beautiful Tuesday in an Airbnb in beautiful Lexington, KY “I Do’s” were said. A good time was had, there was lol, joy, good food, ch*****ne and by 230a a chef was in the pool on full chef gear!

6 courses; grilled pork loin atop sweet potato puree topped with fruit chutney, wedge salads, rosemary martinis made with Chopin Vodka, split menu filet and lobster, lamb chops w/ grilled salmon and our peaches and herb chicken, ch*****ne course, wedding cake!
