My Green Enchilada Sauce: 5-6 lbs tomatillos 8 Serrano peppers 10-12 poblano peppers 4 onions 25 cloves of garlic4 cups ...

My Green Enchilada Sauce:
5-6 lbs tomatillos
8 Serrano peppers
10-12 poblano peppers
4 onions
25 cloves of garlic
4 cups chicken broth (I use Knorr mix)
2 bunches cilantro
2 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
4 tsp sea salt
1 juiced lime

I deseed my peppers.
Roast all vegetables & add to pot. Add broth, spices & cilantro. Immersion blend until smooth. Simmer 10 min.
Boil water can for 20.
Makes 4-5 quarts
