Winning one Memphis in May is an incredible accomplishment—winning two in a row is something we’re extremely proud of.

This Creamy Bacon & Dill Potato Salad is rich, tangy, and loaded with flavor. Perfect for your next cookout or get-together!

Ingredients:
- 3 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, cooked and cut in half
- 6 Hard-Boiled Eggs, diced
- ¾ cup Sour Cream
- ¾ cup Greek Yogurt
- 4 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
- 9 slices Crispy Bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- ½ medium White Onion, diced
- 2 tbsp Green Onion, sliced
- 1 tsp Sugar

From the KCBS World Invitational and Wells Cup to contests across the country, this group put together some impressive cooks. We saw perfect scores, category wins, top 10 finishes, and teams hearing their names called on some of the biggest stages in competition BBQ.

Whether it was a first-place call, a perfect score, or simply competing against the best teams in the world, every one of these teams represented Heath Riles BBQ with pride.

Fall off the Bone vs. The Perfect Bite – Which rib is better?
