A little science in every pour. 🧪💜🍸

Battle Rattle New Jack Gin gets its natural indigo color from butterfly pea flower blossoms. When citrus or another acidic ingredient is added, the drink’s pH change and the natural pigments in the flowers react right along with it, shifting from deep blue and purple into brighter violet and pink tones.

No magic tricks. Just chemistry doing what chemistry does best.

Come watch New Jack change right in the glass and then drink the experiment. 🇺🇸

There’s more to bourbon than what’s in the glass. 🥃

One of the things that makes bourbon so distinctive is its time spent in new, charred oak barrels. That charred wood helps create many of the flavors we associate with bourbon - notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, spice and sometimes even a touch of smoke.

That’s also what makes bourbon such an incredible partner at the dinner table.

For our upcoming Lento Dinner Bourbon Whiskey Pairing, we’ll be exploring how those rich, layered flavors change alongside each course and how the right pairing can bring out something completely new in both the food and the whiskey.

We’re excited to pour Battle Rattle Straight Bourbon Whiskey and share a little more about what goes into every glass.
