Just extracted: Last Fall's Dark Honey. We had some frames of honey from losing winter hives and just jarred it up. It has that rich heavy flavor for those who like the dark honey.

We know it's hot and our ice cream is out of stock, but our bees have taken more time this week with our state inspection, harvest, adding more boxes and managing 4 queenless hives. Plus, we had to deer and raccoon proof our sweetcorn patch with fencing. We will be cranking tomorrow. Thanks for your understanding.

We make Old Fashioned Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream on Thursdays and Chocolate on Saturdays. We know sometimes we run out, and we try to keep up. Jacktown Farm Store is our retirement hobby, and we enjoy serving our community. Hopefully the honey will be capped and ready to harvest the end of June. We did get our early "Gotta Have It" sweet corn planted right before all this rain. Thanks so much!
