Well over a year ago, Tami McCarthy was the second bride who ever asked me to do the flowers for her wedding. I remember being pretty nervous about saying yes. At the time, I didn’t have a lot of confidence in my arranging skills, and weddings felt like a big step for my little flower farm.
But Tami had such an easygoing, trusting way about her that made me feel comfortable taking the chance. She believed in me before I really believed in myself, and she gave me the opportunity to be part of such an important day.
Looking back now, I’m so thankful she did.
Her wedding was beautiful, and it means so much to me that our flowers got to play a small part in it. And I’m especially grateful for the people who trusted my little farm in those early days and helped me find the confidence to keep growing.
