It was a great first day (yesterday) for Eagle Scout candidate Justin Weisfelder and his fellow scout members from Brecksville Troop 652B.
They prepared the site and poured the pillars for the posts that will support a new horse structure.
The young men had help and guidance from Rob Cleary. Rob is an Eagle Scout himself !
Today he was coaching the scouts on concrete and leveling using equipment from his own Cleary Brothers Landscaping.
The farm is fortunate to benefit from the talent and hard work of this crew.

Looks like the weather is cooperating..FALL FEST - day 2. Today. 12-3 pm. Jug Run String Band, hayrides, paint a pumpkin, Pedal tractors, bakery in the cabin, popcorn and farm animals.Stop in and check out the fun.

Thanks to all our farm friends who stopped by for Fall Fest today. The weather could not have been more perfect, the food and bakery in the cabin was delicious, the pony rides lines were out to the sidewalk and around the corner, hayride line was the longest we’ve ever seen, little ones enjoyed the pedal tractors or chalking on the blacktop, the Country Store was busy, busy, busy, pumpkin painting was a huge hit, craft vendors set up their tents and fresh apples and c***r to take home…. and let’s not forget our parking attendant or the farm animals. Something for everyone! and a not-so-scary scarecrow too! If the weather holds out, we’ll do it again tomorrow from 12-3pm. Thanks to all our farmhands, 4H club, our event sponsors Benjamin Franklin Plumbing & Drains - Medina & Greater Cleveland and Herold Family Automotive and Tire, vendors, and volunteers for helping make this a wonderful day for families to enjoy!
