Last week we had the pleasure of participating in the Paso Robles CAB Collective CAB Camp in Paso Robles.

Our Executive Winemaker, Jeff Kandarian, joined the FAB Five panel and blending session to explore the five varietals that make up a Bordeaux blend, how they express themselves in Paso Robles, and how they come together in the blending process.

We were also delighted to host campers at our downtown tasting lounge for a side-by-side tasting of three of our Cabernet Sauvignons: the 2021 Serial Cabernet Sauvignon, 2022 Serial Defiance Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Creston District, and 2023 Serial Hawks Hill Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon, Adelaida District (coming this spring).

The week concluded with the Grand Tasting, where we had the opportunity to connect with buyers and share our wines alongside an incredible group of producers.

Thank you to the Paso Robles CAB Collective for bringing the community together for such a thoughtful and engaging event.
