Friends with Bennieโ€™s Brunch is back this Saturday!

Wine Club members are invited to join us for a cozy Saturday brunch at Cerebella, featuring bennies, mimosas, brunch specials, and a relaxed morning in the tasting room.

This is a Wine Club exclusive event, but members are welcome to bring guests.

Join us Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM and start the weekend with brunch, bubbles, and good company.

Please RSVP by Thursday end of day so we can plan accordingly.

Tickets are on sale now for Dinner in the Vineyard, with early access available exclusively to Wine Club members through August 1.

Join us on August 8 for a one of a kind evening at FireThorn Vineyard in Echo, Oregon.

This special event includes sparkling wine and charcuterie on the bus, a guided vineyard experience with winemaker Robb Zimmel, appetizers among the vines, a buffet dinner under a tent, live music, and a beautiful summer evening surrounded by the vineyard that helps produce grapes for Cerebella year after year.

Guests will have the opportunity to walk the rows with Robb, learn about the grapes and wines, and enjoy an unforgettable dinner in a truly memorable setting.

๐—œ๐˜ ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜€ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐˜„๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ. Oxygen allows aroma compounds to become more detectable, and helps soften harsh tannins. You want to swirl most wines, but older vintage pours are more delicate and thus might become overoxidized.

๐—œ๐˜ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—ผ๐—ณ๐—ณ-๐—ฝ๐˜‚๐˜๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜€. Some wines contain sulfites, which can create odors of burnt matches or rotten eggs. Some swirling can dissipate those malodors.
