Three Spring Farms, LLC produces the highest quality, grass fed, Beef, Chicken, Pork, & Honey!

The Three Spring Farms team includes Andrew Bachmann, Bridget Bachmann and Bryan Meyers. We formed this team in 2011 to raise grassfed beef in Perryville, Missouri. Our hope is to provide high quality, responsibly raised beef to our neighbors and interested customers in the Saint Louis region. Andrew and Bridget have extensive farming experience and local connections in Perryville, while Bryan hopes to leverage his relationships in Saint Louis to identify a new cohort of grassfed beef lovers.

Dad's taking Sunday off. That means YOU'RE on the grill. No pressure. 😄
Here's everything you need to cook it perfectly - save this post for the weekend!

🥩 BEEF STEAKS
Rare - 120-125°F | Deep red center, cool and tender
Medium Rare - 130-135°F | Warm red center, juicy and flavorful (the sweet spot!)
Medium - 140-145°F | Pink center, slightly firmer
Medium Well - 150-155°F | Slightly pink, more firm
Well Done - 160°F+ | No pink, fully cooked through

🐷 PORK CHOPS
Medium - 145°F | Slight blush of pink, juicy and safe
Well Done - 160°F | No pink, fully cooked

🍗 CHICKEN
Done - 165°F | Always cook chicken to 165°F, no exceptions

💡 Quick tips:
Sear on high heat first, then finish low and slow for thick cuts
Always let your meat rest 5 minutes before cutting - this keeps the juices IN
Pull it off the grill 5°F before your target temp - it keeps cooking while it rests

Have you noticed a lack of eggs at the stand recently??? Eggs are not available right now, and we wanted to explain why.

We didn't raise a flock over winter, and sourcing enough quality eggs at a price that made sense just didn't work out this season. Rather than bring you something that didn't meet our standards, we made the decision to pause.

But here's what's happening behind the scenes.

We're working on building a fresh new flock and investing in better equipment to properly process and handle eggs - an egg washer, more refrigeration capacity, and new labels that give you better information about what you're buying.

When eggs come back at Three Spring Farms, they're going to come back RIGHT. Better than before and worth the wait.

We'll make sure you're the first to know when they're back. Thank you for your patience and for supporting the farm. 🌾
