This month I took two boxes of our Sugar Cookie Mix and folded in 1/4 cup roughly chopped pistachios (always toasted), 1/2 cup dried cranberries, and 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (plus more for topping).

I batched this dough ahead of time for a party and baked the cookies after dinner for a warm and incredibly easy summer party dessert. They were gone in minutes, passed around easily and without fuss. They would be lovely in the afternoon with tea or brought over to a friend’s to say “I love you.”

Will absolutely be making them again.
