Make a note that Tuesday October 6th, both shops will be rolling out their FALL/WINTER menu items. The TEAMS have put a lot of thought and effort into this and there are some new items coming on that we know you have been CRAVING!

New Poke Bowl set for menu rollout:
NMF HAWAIIAN STYLE POKE BOWL:
Sushi rice, poke, ponzu, Wakame (choice of) sunamono veggies, edamame, Tobiko, pineapple relish, crispy shallot, furikake
Pineapple relish: pineapple, red onion, cilantro, evoo, yuzu Kosho, salt
Marinated edamame:
Sesame oil, scallion, salt, gochugaru flakes

Here’s a little SIX MINUTE! (Fire the social media guy) video of NMF FISH 101.
take it all in, or don’t but there are some good tips on storage, seasoning, searing, temping, resting, and tools to make your life a LOT easier and take away that anxiety you have with cooking seafoods.
