A little behind the scenes appreciation post. ❤️

My husband, myself, and the entire Red Rossa crew worked incredibly hard this week to bring the Summer Sensation menu to life, and I couldn’t be more proud.👏

Plenty of attention to detail was poured into every dish, and seeing it all come together has been so rewarding. I’m excited for everyone to experience this menu, and I can honestly say I recommend every single item. Everything that came out of the kitchen was absolutely top-notch. 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

There’s something so fun about knowing the secret is tucked away inside and imagining all the excitement that’s about to happen when that first slice is cut.🥹

This week humbled me REAL quick, and it’s not even my busiest day of the week yet.😅

I’ve had bigger orders. I’ve had longer hours. I’ve had crazier weekends.

But this week? This week chose violence.🥊

Perfectly cooked chicken cutlets, mashed potatoes, and a rich onion mushroom demi 😩

My calendar is filling up FAST, and I am so incredibly grateful for every single order, inquiry, and recommendation you’ve sent my way!

✨ June is filling quickly
✨ July is starting to fill up as well
✨ Wedding bookings for the second half of 2026 are coming in, and some dates are already becoming limited

If you’ve been thinking about booking a wedding cake, dessert table, birthday cake, or special event treats, now is the perfect time to reach out and reserve your spot before your date fills up.

A quick note: If you don’t see your date marked as booked on my calendar, that doesn’t necessarily mean I’m available. I typically don’t mark a date as “booked” until I have around 4+ cake orders scheduled for that day.

So if you’ve already placed an order with me, rest assured- you’re on my calendar! 💕

One of my favorite things about ProStart has been the people I’ve met along the way.

One of those people is McKenna, who recently opened Mintless Microbakery, and I got the chance to try some of her goodies this weekend.

The dirty energy drink kit? 12/10. Absolutely loved it!!

I also tried the cookies, cinnamon rolls, and banana bread, and let me just say… that banana bread was INCREDIBLE. Moist, flavorful, and gone way too fast. As a baker, I don’t hand out compliments lightly, but she knocked it out of the park.

Starting a business takes a lot of courage, hard work, and late nights, and I’m always going to cheer on fellow small business owners chasing their dreams.

Well… my pretty pink iPhone officially gave up on me today. 😭💕📱

The good news? Thankfully everything was backed up, so no orders, photos, or important business information were lost.
