Carnivore Meatballs!

1lb ground beef from JA Ranch Beef

1/2 cup crushed pork rinds into a breadcrumb texture (Wegmans brand are the cleanest I’ve found - pork skins and salt)

1 tsp of salt

1 large egg

Mix and form your meatballs. 18-22 mins in the oven at 400 degrees.

Baked ours on old bacon grease 😋🥓
