Why?: I’ve received a few messages that definitely weren't meant for a catering company!

The current number had a previous life tied to some type of security system.

So instead of ignoring messages to check the doors and windows, I changed the number.

Interested in creating a Food Collective in Pittsfield?

I'd like to hear from food entrepreneurs, caterers, bakers and possibly food truck owners.

What if there were a shared food hub where several food businesses could share a commercial kitchen, storage and opportunities to sell their products, without carrying the entire cost and responsibility of operating a full restaurant on their own?

Some benefits:

• Shared overhead costs
• Storage space
• Pop-up events and food hall nights
• Cross-promotion with other local food businesses
