You don’t have to come from a dairy background to find your place at Select Sires!

For Libby Ramge, 2026 talent development intern, stepping into an unfamiliar industry became an opportunity to learn, grow and discover just how much there is to explore.

“I would tell an applicant to apply! I don’t come from a dairy background, so I didn’t think I was a good fit at first, but they will teach you whatever they want you to know!”

Throughout her internship, Libby gained hands-on experience in talent development while learning more about Select Sires, the dairy industry and the many people and roles that contribute to the cooperative.

Her experience is a reminder that you don’t need to know everything on day one. Bring your skills, curiosity and willingness to learn – we’ll help you grow from there.
