Fodor Tree Farm is a cut your own Christmas tree farm located in Poland, OH. We have both field trees and pre-cut trees available along with a fully stocked greenery and wreath barn. The farm has been serving local families with the simple holiday tradition of helping find that perfect Christmas tree. In the summer season, Fodor Tree Farm’s Farmhouse Blooms offers fresh-cut flowers to florists, do-it-yourself brides, retail stores, local farmer’s markets, and the curious passerby. Farmhouse Blooms also offers a design service uniquely specializing in creating fresh, farm-to-you floral designs. From private dinner parties to weddings, we at Farmhouse Blooms work with what we grow and create natural, lush bouquets and arrangements.

A few weeks ago, we gathered for our 15 Years in Bloom dinner—a special evening to celebrate the farm, all we’ve grown over the years, and the community that has grown right alongside it.

From flowers to friendships, this journey has blossomed into something far bigger than we imagined. It has brought together people who share a love for flowers, a sense of connection, and an appreciation for the simple beauty of gathering together.

These intimate, one-of-a-kind evenings are made extra special by the people who fill them—the conversations and laughs we share, the stories we hear, and the connections we get to be a part of.

Thank you all for showing up in such a big way for our Fall Finale this past Saturday!!

Fifteen years ago, when I started growing flowers, it was something pretty new to our area. I never could have imagined all the ways it would grow, or the community that would grow alongside it.

I get in my own head, feel creatively depleted sometimes, or just even have every day balance struggles. So, when you all choose to show up it means so much to me! To support our farm, our flowers, and the little things we create here, I’m so grateful for my people - the ones who have been here from the beginning and those who have found us along the way, thank you! 🩷 # ohioflowers

Oh the bittersweet post…the end of this season with our Flower Coop for 2026. I keep telling myself we can keep going, we can keep going but the fact is we need to flip beds and start transitioning for our next season. The flowers have been plentiful and there’s still so much in full color. Our Fall Finale brings in all the things. 15 years in the making and you bet we are going out big. Flower season is winding down, but our dahlias are still thriving.

We have our last workshop of the season this Wednesday at 6 PM. We have a few spots open so if you’re looking for a creative outlet, just a night out in the quiet fields, or even an escape from an evening of homework (sorry Dads you’re up 😜) join us. 15 years of growing flowers and this is by far our best dahlia year.

Our team will be working hard the next two days to create all the florals and gifts for your special lady. The Flower Coop will be stocked this Saturday at 9am until sold out. Mother’s Day is wild…we plan crops to hit for this one holiday and sometimes the stars align and sometimes they don’t. This year is no different, but I bet you’ll be excited about the line-up we will have in the Coop. ohioflowers

Motherhood and flower farming often run side by side. Each season looks a little different, bringing its own mix of joys and challenges. Some feel slow and steady; others pass in the blink of an eye. Both call for intentional work—the kind that asks for your heart, your hands, and your whole self. Early mornings, sleepless nights, and constant nurturing are part of the rhythm.
I love both of my roles: flower farmer and mother to my three wild, sweet kiddos. Nearly 11 years into motherhood and 15 years into flower farming, and I still don’t have either one fully figured out. But I keep showing up, even on the hard days.
However you choose to celebrate your mom—flowers, chocolates, w**e, or simply a hug—I’m sure she’ll feel the love.
