Meet the Shifting Tides Shrimp Roll made in collaboration with Alanna of
Alanna Kieffer
Toasted warm, buttery, house brioche, with an Oregon Bay Shrimp salad (a delicious, local and sustainable catch) of celery, torn parsley, red onion, pickled Jimmy Nardello peppers and a touch of our Calabrian Chili hot sauce. Topped with a Sicilian-inspired Furikake of toasted, ground fennel seed, sesame seed and dried seaweed, you’ll want to row this way! 🛶💨
A highlight of our summer happened during Oregon’s historic negative tide on a tidepooling workshop at Seal Rock with Alanna. Her wealth of knowledge, curiosity and conservation for the Oregon coast is so inspiring!
