We are back at it today with 2 more Fresh Hop releases!!! Fresh Hop Kolsch hopped with Hallertau Mittlefruh from Goschie Farms and Fresh Hop IPA hopped with Centennial from Crosby Hops.

Packaging FH Kolsch as we speak, which Matt describes as having notes of cotton candy and grapefruit. Come check them out at the Taproom today!

It's Fri-yay! We have a wildly unique and diverse tap list right now, that I am pleased to acknowledge has been getting rave reviews. If you have not tried it, the Peach and Nectarines Farmhouse Lager is outstanding and nearly gone so grab a glass while you can. Of course it's magical fresh hop season and we've kicked it off with Fresh Hop Pilsner. What I am saying is we've taken away all the excuses. We look forward to serving you! Cheers!

It's just that easy...+plus waking up early to get the hops, spending all day getting them in the tanks with the beer, then scrambling to get more beer packaged in one day than your brewery was ever built for, then doing it all again the next week!

Our Fresh Hop beers are a labor of love that we honestly look forward to every year. We love the support you all give us for them. We also love to drink the beers ourselves! Fresh Hop Pilsner tapping tomorrow!!!

Hey friends, we were planning a fun party for this Saturday, but we have decided to cancel it. This is a bummer for sure, but we just were not tracking for an attendance level that we needed.

But, we do still have the beer, so we will be tapping it this Saturday for all to enjoy! So come on down and let us know what you think! We'll have 3 different mixed-culture beers and a new Koji Lager as well.

For the brilliant, gorgeous, and wise amongst you that did purchase tickets, full refund is coming today.

Tickets still available for Sommer Fest, August 8th 12-4pm. Occidental, V O R E L and Son of Man all showcasing delicious wood-aged beverages, paired with fine charcuterie.

This is something very new for us. A new style event, new styles of beer and using our space in a new way to highlight other complimentary companies. This is a ticketed event and we really need an idea of how many of you all are coming to be appropriately prepared with staff and rations.
