I promise to wake up tomorrow with a positive attitude in a fresh start sometime. I just have to get s**t off my chest and eat some protein. I’m OK now but I still meant everything but I still want to just start over. It’s not gonna be 5 to 7 business days. I’m ready to have Sunday dinner with the winners first thing in the morning. I sold every piece of that fish however I feel like if I wasn’t upset about late workers, I would’ve been more graceful to the customer, but I was not he wasn’t there on time. I sold his s**t. It was not prepaid for and I simply didn’t give a f**k. I told you to be here at 2 o’clock!!!. You need to understand what it takes for me to stop what I’m doing to fry you a full pan of catfish in mid Service!!!! Stop playing with me!!!! Get somebody else to do it. I tried to help you with no notice. I had your s**t ready. You can’t just dilly dally and call me damn near 40 minutes later. Oh, can I come get that absolutely not

I hate to come back, but these people‘s comments really upset me. I don’t live in your world. I don’t follow your rules. I’m a beast. I am the Kanye West of the kitchen. This is a friendly reminder. I will replace you. I love you. I care for you, but I will replace you. And this is not to my employees. This is a note to my followers who are making excuses for my employees I can deal with them, but you’re commenting on my post about my business in words that I do not want to hear and I am not yelling at everybody I’m specifically speaking to people who are encouraging failure, and lack of perfection when people decide to work with me, they absolutely know what they signed up for. Please be quiet because you will be blocked. You will not get a response. You will simply be out of the loop respectfully again I am not talking to everybody.

I use the Internet for therapy. Please forgive me. Everything would’ve been perfect but my star Employee told me that he was going to be late and then I was doing a downward spiral ever since that day txt I got mad. I hate that I need everyone to be on time!!! I need my team to manage time the way I manage time!!! it baffles me that an employee can be late when I have already baked pies and hit three major box stores before 9 AM what do you mean you’re late? I’ve been up since 4:47 AM. I just don’t like to be thrown off schedule it really bothers me and then it takes me 7 to 10 business days to come back happy I just like perfection. I am a perfectionist. It is what it is and I don’t apologize for it. Thank you for listening. .
