Today is the day! Adriana’s last day at Happy Day! We’ve been so thankful to have Adriana as a part of our team for over a year now. She’s an incredible human and I’m constantly in awe of what she’s capable of. She’s juggled working weekends with us at the shop, volunteering, theatre, senior year, college apps, and so much more and never skipped a beat. But now is her time to shine and move on & up to UNIVERSITY OF ST. ANDREWS in Scotland! We’re going to miss her, her kindness, sense of humor, our talks about food, philosophy, politics, the great playlists she creates and just her general awesomeness. So here’s to Adriana for being the coolest high school student turned college student I know! Come get a Morning Bowl, her favorite to celebrate her with us!
