From Nikolaihof, widely regarded as the oldest winery in Europe, with a winemaking history stretching back over 2,000 years, we bring to you the 2002 Vinoththek Riesling!

The Vinothek bottling is only released in vintages when winemaker Nikolaus Saahs of the Wachau believes the wine has the structure to age on the lees in barrel for at least a decade before it ever reaches the world. This vintage wasn’t bottled until 2018!!!! The fruit comes from Im Weingebirge, the oldest documented vineyard site in Europe.

A legendary producer, an ancient vineyard, and a truly great vintage.

2002 Vinothek by the glass is a rare chance to taste one of Austria’s most historic wines, only at Canard Burnside.
