🌟 Celebrating 32 Incredible Years – Thank You, John Zuber! 🌟

Today, we honor John Zuber as he steps into a well-earned retirement after 32 years of dedicated service at our Newton Sow Farm.

John has been more than a team member — he’s been a steady presence, a trusted colleague, and a true example of loyalty and hard work. His commitment to excellence has left a lasting impact on Borgic Farms and everyone who’s had the privilege of working alongside him. 💙 Thank you, John, for your years of dedication and the legacy you leave behind.

On June 18th everyone joined in in honoring and celebrating John with a delicious meal, fellowship, thanks and several hugs. John now begins an exciting new chapter — one filled with time spent with his wife Debbie, their children, and grandchildren. We couldn’t be happier for you and wish you all the joy, relaxation, and special moments retirement brings.

Brenlee has finished up the first 5 weeks of her summer internship with Borgic farms. She has spent time at the office, 3 weeks at our Nokomis sow farm and 1 week in our company owned Wean to Market sites.

Brenlee’s journey so far has been spent earning her PQA+ certification, learning basic animal husbandry skills as well as working on her summer internship project. She is evaluating our bio security practices and working to develop a bio security auditing tool.

We’re looking forward to the rest of the summer with Brenlee continuing to develop her production, communication and data development skills.
