e’s home-style buffets are prepared fresh and delicious everyday! Our farm and programs embody and inspire social and ecological responsibility , transforming our community through hands-on Jewish agriculture and education. We are a program of the Pearlstone Conference & Retreat Center, an agency of the Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore. The farm and programs welcome over 4,500 participants annually, and have exposed over 15,000 people to Jewish, organic agriculture in the past six years.

Join us at Pearlstone on Sunday, June 14 from 10:30 am – 3:00 pm for Way of the Wilderness Advanced Survival: Bow Drill Fire and Cordage class.

Make your own bow drill fire kit and learn how to make a fire with it. (This is making fire by rubbing two sticks together.) See other types of fire by friction. Learn to make cordage (two ply rope) out of natural materials. This is a fun crafting and hang out class while learning two important skills.

We had an amazing time at Sundays on the Farm Strawberry Festival on May 24! Nearly 350 smiling guests put on their rain boots and came out to enjoy all the activities like: strawberry picking, berry patch to table jam, bike blender, pita over the fire, cordage and jewelry making, watercolor and face painting, tie dyeing and more. We all enjoyed delicious Kosher Food Truck meals from Rio Kosher and Yossef's Laffa Milia and danced our hearts out to the live music of Pearlstone's Shavuot Band, Charm City Junction, Arts for the Culture, and Ari and the Buffalo Kings. This event was supported by the Meyerhoff New Jewish Family Innovation Fund, an endowment fund of The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore

Family Farm Camp brings together families for an immersive experience of learning, playing, celebrating and community building. Earth-based Jewish wisdom is woven into campfire songs and storytelling, wild edible walks and brachot (blessings), high adventure ropes course & team building games, night hikes, and of course a vibrant and joyous Shabbat celebration!

Kids get a taste of camp while parents and teens enjoy their own earth-based, camp-vibe exploits.
